A food court-style venue with an eclectic mix of cuisine from around the world. It is also the heart of Roanoke’s Historic Market District.

The Village Grill
Close to mile marker 24 on the full marathon course, The Village Grill has been serving up burgers, sandwiches, salads, and time-tested entrees for more than a decade as a staple in the historic Grandin Village. During the warmer months, we keep our patios available for open-air seating, and dogs are welcome. The bocce court and outdoor stage create a day of fun.
Scratch Biscuit Co.
Close to mile marker 24. Scratch Biscuit Co. is the place to start the most important meal of the day. Serving down-home, southern made from scratch biscuits is our passion. We offer a wide array of breakfast biscuits and sides. Of course, we have the sweet stuff too. Our coffee, Rooster Scratch Coffee, is roasted in-house daily. Rooster Scratch is a medium-blend coffee exclusive to Scratch Biscuit. Located in the Historic Grandin Village we are excited to join a vibrant community of food options as the only breakfast location.
Texas Tavern is a Roanoke icon and has been locally owned by a single family since 1930. Known for its “World Famous Chili” from San Antonio, TX, and its “Cheesy Western” burger, many foodies make this a must-stop shop for the experience alone. There are only 10 bar seats in this tiny tavern and you’ll feel like one of the family as soon as you step foot in the door.
