These gig-style opportunities are essential for putting on an excellent event and so our team is highly motivated to find the right person/people quickly. Each role offers a great way to get plugged into a vibrant and active community and to shape the experience of America’s Toughest Road Races. These are paid spots and we work hard to be sure everyone is having a good time.
- Food Tent Coordinator: Be every runner’s favorite person when they cross the finish line. This position requires some time doing advanced planning, ordering, and organizing in order to ensure food is fresh and ready for runners as they arrive to the tent. You’ll join our planning committee and need to be at the event for the duration.

- ~10 hours in advance preparation
- race day: Saturday, April 22nd 6:30am to 3:30pm

- Time requirement
- VIP Area Host: Hobnob with our VIPs. This position requires no planning, just your personality and your time. You’ll keep our Runner VIP lounge tidy and welcoming. Provide information to runners and work with our Food Tent Coordinator to keep the VIP food stocked.

- Time requirement
- ABC Manager: Must be an experienced ABC manager. We are looking for someone who can oversee alcohol sales during our Welcome Party, Race Day and the Saturday Night concert. This person must be responsible and come with references.

- welcome party: Friday, April 21st 2pm-10pm,
- race day: Saturday, April 22nd 9:30am-3:30pm and 5pm-11pm

- Course Staff: These are the knowledgeable people on the race course who do everything we need to ensure the race is safe and flowing. Some heavy lifting is involved. You’ll work directly with the Race Director.
